Schumpeter a konec kapitalizmu: měnící se vlastnická struktura podniků

The bachelor thesis is focused on evolving of ownership structure relative to Schumpeter's theory about the end of capitalism and decreasing interest of owners-individuals. The first part describes Schumpeter's vision which is set in context with his ideological forerunners, contemporaries and followers. Following part is devoted to an econometric analysis of the relationship between changes in ownership structure to changes in GDP in the USA in accordance with the theory from the first part. The conclusion is devoted to discussion and summary the results.

Novák, M., Human capital: the end of capitalism or the knowledge economy? Bachelor thesis. Brno, 2013. The bachelor thesis concerns with the confrontation of Schumpeter's vision of self-destructive capitalism with the current development of so-called knowledge economy. The main idea of the thesis is due to the definition of human capital and knowledge-based economy, which is built on it, confront thesis of the end of capitalism by Joseph A. Schumpeter. This thesis shows opportunities and threats of capitalism and describes advantages and disadvantages of a human capital. In the conclusion brings the arguments in favour of the knowledge economy.
